Baye-Baye (Tagalog pronunciation: [ˈbaje ˈbaje]) is a Filipino dish made from grated young coconut mixed with either newly harvested rice (pinipig) or corn and shaped into patties. It is a specialty of Pavia, Iloilo.[1][2]
