Ktipiti or htipiti (Greek: χτυπητή),[needs IPA] also known as tirokafteri (Greek: τυροκαυτερή)[needs IPA] or kopanisti (not to be confused with the cheese of that name),[1] is a cheese-based spread from Greece.[2]
