Kemal Pasha dessert (Turkish: Kemalpaşa tatlısı)[1] is a Turkish dessert dish. It originates from the district of Mustafa Kemalpaşa, Bursa, in Turkey. Traditionally it is made using a cheese variety that is particular to the region.
